our mission


Humidity Gallery seeks to present interesting and original handmade craft/art to the discriminating collector or gift buyer.

Our focus is on work created in the Southeast region of the U.S. and in the Tallahassee area of North Florida (home of Humidity Gallery).

Our collection in both the brick-and-mortar gallery and on the website is diverse and ever-changing, ensuring fresh new possibilities each time you visit in person or online. We present one-of-a-kind, limited edition and small production handcrafts and fine art produced by accomplished artisans in our region. Our offerings are always Made in America.

We support and participate in the 'Buy Local' movement. Humidity Gallery is a member of 'Locally Owned Tallahassee' (LOT) and participates in citywide events and awareness campaigns in hopes of igniting interest in local art and businesses.

We are a member of Tallahassee's 'Council on Culture and Arts' (COCA) our local arts guild, and help to promote their programs.

We encourage emerging and experimental artists as well as artists who have found their voice in their craft.

We strive to provide 'right livelihood' to Humidity's artists and gallery owners and are strong supporters and participants in the 'Handmade in America' movement.
