What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
How do you ship? We ship primarily with UPS so you must provide us with a street address and not a U.S. Postal Service box. Any UPS store mailbox or similar facility that uses a street address and not a U.S.PO Box # may be used to receive shipped artwork. When is my credit card charged? We charge your credit card at the time your order is placed. We will charge your card for the amount of the items ordered, FL sales tax if applicable (only to Florida residents), and shipping and handling. These will be calculated in the Shopping Cart where you place your order.
May I order from outside the U.S.? Yes. Additional shipping charges will apply. After you place your order we will calculate that amount and contact you by email before charging your credit card.
Is shipping different for residents of Alaska and Hawaii? Yes. Additional shipping charges will apply. After you place your order we will calculate that amount and contact you by email before charging your credit card.
When will my artwork ship? Most items will ship within 5 working days (often more quickly). Please note that our website features many one-of-a-kind pieces and when an individual piece is sold, it will be taken down from the site. Usually, in the near future, a new item by that artist will take its place. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and when you can expect it.
Why are are orders shipping to Florida taxed? The brick-and-mortar Humidity Gallery is incorporated in the state of Florida. According to state and federal rules we are required to charge Florida sales tax on any item shipped to a Florida address.
How do returns work? Items may be returned to Humidity Gallery in perfect condition only, and within 14 days of receipt. There may be exceptions for gifts. To return an item, first contact Humidity Gallery at 850/222-0380 or email us at

to obtain return instructions. All items are returned to the gallery at: Humidity Gallery Returns Dept., 1700 N. Monroe St., Suite 11-287, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless its condition is not suitable for a safe return. In that case, please supply an appropriately strong box packed with the item in such a manner that is does not become damaged during the return shipping. If you are returning an item because it was defective, or we shipped you an item you did not order, Humidity Gallery will pay the return shipping cost. Please contact us by email if this occurs.
When will I receive my credit if I return an item? You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of Humidity Gallery receiving your return, provided it arrives safely. Gift recipients will receive a gift certificate. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus all shipping costs. We do not give credit for shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have baeen damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return and credit if you provide an email address at the time you placed your order.
Artists and Artwork Humidity artists are juried into our brick-and-mortar gallery (in Tallahassee, FL) and into our online gallery by the two owners, Tana McLane and Sharri Moroshok. They look for artwork that is congruent with their concept of what a regional craft/art gallery should offer. They are always on the lookout for original, engaging and satisfying works of art. Do you offer special orders or custom work? At this time we do not.
Can I buy works I see in your brick-and-mortar gallery online? Sometimes. Please feel free to email or call us to find out whether an item you saw in the gallery is still available.
Do you do jewelry repair? Only on items bought from Humidity. Feel free to call us for instructions re: how to send jewelry back to the artist for repair via the gallery. We will work with artist to receive and repair the piece and return it to you. We''ll let you know timeframe and costs. Usually repairing a piece for an inherent flaw is done at no cost to the customer beyond shipping costs. A shipping fee and any repair costs will be charged to your credit card before your repaired piece is shipped back to you. We will need your credit card number, expiration date and billing address.
